2. Nature of the Service

The App provides AI-generated relationship coaching and guidance for informational and educational purposes only.

• The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
• AI responses are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on App content.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its AI systems
• Not submit harmful, abusive, illegal, or offensive content

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, trademarks, and branding within the App are owned by or licensed to Amorai.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the App’s services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time.
